Emma is always a happy little chappy, ready to give it a go. She gets along with everybody. Emma has been a great 'Star of the Week'

This week our normally shy and quiet Go got up and sang the "Place Value Song". Go recieved a confidence award for speaking to the class and giving it a go.

Michael is our newest member of 1A. He has been working hard on

making friends and fitting into the classroom. This week he has been joining in on discussions and asking good questions, that is why Michael is our Star of the Week for 20th May

Finn worked hard on his walrus research listening to an audio report. He answered most questions correct. Well done Finn, great listening.

Aida did a fantastic job on her story this week about "The Little Penguin"

Henry has got a "You Can Do it" attitude especially when doing activities that are challenging. He always tries his best and never gives up.

Sawako is alway cheerful, always doing her best and tackling new things with a positive attitude.

While working on a difficult writing task, Guay kept going back and worked on his story until he got it just right. That's why Guay received Y.C.D.I award for resilience this week. Well done Guay.

Madison was our choice for 2 weeks because she is kind and patient when working with others.

Renli worked hard all week doing the right things, putting his hand up, having a go even when he wasn't quite sure. He was always trying hard. So Renli received this week's Y.C.D.I award.
